Kathy Paprocki is an award-winning executive with a joyful focus on market strategy and C-suite business development. 30 years of corporate and start-up experience her accolades range from sales to Excellence. Her award-winning time in corporate sales and client & relationship management lead to developing and managing programs with Fortune 500 level companies ranging from American Express, JPMorgan Chase, NBCUniversal, the New York Yankees, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Penguin Random House, and Condé Nas.
Her experience with companies like Turner Construction and her ability to understand and incetivize business models were in turn the catalyst for her recruitment to Threescope, a JV, and Brace Capital and her proper entry into commercial real estate as VP of Business Relations Kathy began by stabilizing a consortium of affiliate companies, in service of the separate, unrelated, brand and business models of each, but with the central aim of serving a collective agenda. Her experience in building business processes both at the Fortune 500 and startup level companies alike has been invaluable to a joint venture with a new model comprised of, independent, 20-year-old, companies, each successful in doing it “their way.
