Anna Kyriakoudis
Anna Kyriakoudis has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years and currently holds a Broker’s License in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. As a real estate developer and investor, Ms. Kyriakoudis focuses on evaluating and selecting projects, highest and best-use analysis, due diligence, and project design. In addition, she handles acquisition and contract negotiation, contract management, transaction management, management of development and construction financing, operations & property management, and leasing, and oversees all capital finance matters
Prior to co-founding the development business in DC, she worked for the Corporate Development Division of Merrill Lynch Realty Associates analyzing high growth real estate markets and their key players for the purpose of strategic expansion. For a private real estate developer, she supervised operations of 90,000+sf of industrial space under renovation, managed 175,000sf of Class A retail and office space, and negotiated new leases with tenants including Ann Taylor & Dress Barn. As a broker and appraiser in Connecticut, she owned and operated Saxa Realty. In addition to brokering sales of residential and commercial properties, she supervised the dealings of multi-lingual sales associates, managed the real estate portfolios of private investors, and negotiated leases for light industrial, medical, office and retail uses. Ms. Kyriakoudis received her B.S. in International Relations and MBA from Georgetown University.
